Very sturdy, I have been using more for a couple of months, and I am very happy. I grow and cook with herbs regularly, this blade chops so fine, then I can scrap it all up. The holes are quite helpful for removing from the stick. I’m hesitant to buy gadgets this one is totally worth the buy
- After trying every DIY hint these are simple to use very efficient. Small size easy storage.
- This product is not worth the money. Would not work on thyme or rosemary. Save your money
