In theory this is a great product if only it was more durable. I have never dropped or damaged the G Story portable monitor. However, after a few weeks of use. I can no longer use a function via the USB-C data port. This means that without an HDMI adapter, my Samsung Galaxy phone will not connect and touch input is not only through HDMI. The main reason I bought it was to use it as a portable monitor for my phone and sometimes my Xbox One as well. Still plenty of functionality for my Xbox via HDMI, but without a working USB-C connection I don't get all the functionality I was looking for with my smartphone. Unfortunately I missed the 30 day return period. This monitor is worth the money. However, the processing quality is very questionable. I hope the other ports didn't fail or I wasted $200. Let's hope that ASUS or another big-name monitor manufacturer will make a portable touchscreen at a reasonable price. Buy at your own risk, it can just be a defective unit and hopefully I can fix it.
