Simplicity for my opinion
We have a TV with only two HDMI connections. Most everything today is HDMI and having this switch with 5 ports that is also remote controlled is great. I’ve had multiple A/B switches before and they all malfunction. This is the easiest and simplest one to use. Just follow the instructions and you can switch between 5 different components without getting up to push a button to switch.
