was extremely disappointed and angry at 2am the night before the party.

As soon as I opened the package, the bow buckle bent and broke, I couldn't even try to fix it, basically ruined my daughter's 5th birthday party decorations, was very disappointed and angry at 2 o'clock at night before the party. When I put up decorations, I basically spent my money on them and on the balloons I bought for them.
