Must be one of the horribly cheap and poorly designed bitches I've ever bought. The metal rod was bent when shipped, the unit flows like crazy when plugged in, and the connecting rod can't move from side to side, so you have to adjust the bolt in the wall to tighten it. Buying this junk is one of the reasons I hate ordering things I don't see before buying. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order this item without seeing it somewhere and making sure it fits your needs. I'm going to go to Home Depot or Lowes now to see if I can find a quality bar to attach the head to that will adjust properly.
