I've been using BiPro products for 3 years now and I love them their products because of the minimal ingredients. For me, this is a great way to increase my protein intake and add some calcium. The vanilla flavor is perfect for me, not too sweet and no aftertaste. This product will not thicken anything you put in it. It just adds nutrients and flavor. I'm still a little confused as to how this version of "Renew" differs from the regular, except that the price is a bit cheaper and for some reason it blends a little smoother with my coffee than their other version. I add collagen powder, 1/2 scoop of this powder, and some almond milk to my coffee every morning before a workout. Then add the remaining 1/2 scoop to your post-workout almond milk or yogurt.
