I am amazed at how well made the product is, just magical!
I'm going to be really honest with you: I had the impression that they did it specifically for me, as an individual order. You don't have to move around in your chair in an effort to find a comfortable position; rather, you can sit down and almost instantly feel at ease, to the point that you don't want to get back up. I'm not sure if it's the same for everyone, or if it's just the chair and I that get along so well.
