Review on 🍮 Sweese Oval Porcelain Ramekins - Set of 6, 4 Ounce for Creme Brulee, 4.7 x 3.2 x 1 Inch, White by Nancy Ortega

I bought these to make a crème brûlée that I have never made before. The dishes are a little smaller than I expected or were served in restaurants, but they hold 4 ounces. when it is filled to the brim. Haven't done it yet but hopefully next week or so. I think these dishes would be a great addition to crème brûlée or any small dessert you might want to serve. They also have a good solid weight. Update: made crème brûlée and these dishes were perfect! The recipe I used calls for placing the bowl on a baking sheet, filling the bowl halfway and placing on the oven rack, filling to the brim, then pouring hot water onto the baking sheet. All was going well until I tried moving the oven rack - the dishes spilled out a bit but that wasn't a problem as there was water in the pan. A perfectly sized dish and just enough for dessert!
