As the name suggests these are excellent gloves and in my experience they are very durable. I bought a pair of these gloves in June 2017 and they have held up very well despite having been used in good and bad weather almost every week since. But if you are looking for a warm winter glove with insulation, this is not the place for you. They're completely *unlined*, and while leather is certainly warmer than no gloves, the difference doesn't help as much as an insulated glove. Personally I recommend buying 2 pairs of these gloves (a pair that fits you perfectly and a pair that is a size larger) and a good pair of lined gloves (e.g. Terramar or similar silk or stretch polyester gloves) . Glove). But if you're looking for gloves that work well in sub-zero temperatures, then you really should consider something more akin to a snowmobile glove. It's also worth noting that, like almost all* leather gloves, they are *not* waterproof. They have some surface water resistance, but water will seep through the stitching and, if wet enough, will eventually begin to soak into the leather itself. If they do get wet, gently dry them over low heat and then treat them with leather oil as soon as possible.
