I bought this for my 9 year old daughter and it has held up to the abuse very well. All four pages are initially labeled in the order you should use them. But when the block is used, the wording disappears. Doesn't bother my daughter who remembers the order in which each color is used. The block works as expected. Start with a soft blue border to smooth and shape the edge of the nail. You can also use this side to smooth deep grooves on the nail surface. Then use the pink side to smooth the not-so-deep ridges on the nail surface. Then the dark blue side will smooth your nail surface even more. Last but not least, the green side will shine with your fingernail. My daughter uses it almost every day and it is holding up very well. And she keeps getting compliments on how good her nails look! Many people assume that she is using clear, inexpensive nail polish, when she is not. The pages of the files are glued to a rectangular block of foam with five fives written on it. It weighs nothing and is flexible enough to use comfortably. None of the pages peeled off, nothing peeled off. It's very well built. We clean it by gently wiping each side with a damp cloth and letting it dry overnight. But we only clean it when needed, not every day. I definitely recommend this product.
