These are great lightweight pants that look more expensive than they are. The legs are thinner than many runners, so you don't feel like you're wearing clown pants. I'm 5'7, 150lbs and ordered M. I have skinny legs/thighs but a bit more weight in my waist. These just fit. The belt does not bulge and will also bulge during the day. All in all a great alternative to Lululemon or Athleta pants.
