Very good Analytics Tool with Excellent Customer Support
The tool is very easy to use, it's customizable, and it offers A/B testing features that are just perfect for our needs. It also has a great community of helpful users willing to answer any questions you might have regarding their product. The dashboard can be customized, but this option is not available initially. I would definitely recommend this tool to other businesses that require analytics and testing. We needed an analytics software that was affordable, flexible, and had great customer support. This tool has all three of these things! It also has a great community of helpful users who are always ready to answer any questions you might have about their product.
Pros
- Free to try with no risk as long we don't want buy anything from them.
- Flexible enough so its possible even run large multi country experiments in one account (we did).
- Has good quality reports which gives plenty details without having too many lines or numbers per page like GA does sometimes.
- Also works perfectly offline at client sites where Google Analytics doesn
