I've read a lot of reviews on this style of tie. Not only from this seller, but also from a large number of different sellers and brands. A whole lot cheaper offerings, buyers have complained of the screws not getting in or the screws breaking off when trying to install. I had no problems at all with this set. Before installing the mounting plate, I first tapped each mounting hole. I put a small amount of lubricant (petroleum jelly) on the end of each screw. I then tightened each screw with my little Black and Decker cordless drill. Then I loosened each screw, put the mounting plate in place and then screwed it in place. My dealer put the spray on the truck bed without considering that the truck bed spray will not plug the holes. However, using the method described above for threading the screw holes, there were no problems. So I'm happy with this purchase, you can bet on that. It ended up being exactly as described, well made, well packaged, delivered on time and priced way better than many other aftermarket offerings.
