I think that's a brilliant idea. . . but I don't think the finished product works as well as it could. First, the cutting board (the board with the cutting slots) slips off the edge of the paper, causing the lines to not be parallel to each other. If it were constructed like a MISTI, with a folding blade and a right angle to the paper, maybe that would solve this problem. Over time they will no longer be accurate. Maybe Spellbinders will have a second version, or someone else will make a version that fixes these problems. and don't try if it matters. So if I need it and it doesn't work or is defective (I've had A LOT of imported dies lately that don't cut well), it's too late for me to go back and I just don't have the money. Never. My new motto is - order, get, try, decide. I've been trying this tool for three days and haven't found an easy solution to the problems. To return.
