Efficient and Precise Spellbinders Quick Trimmer Tool for Clear-Cut Results Review

I bought this because I have a hard time cutting foil for the Spellbinders Glimmer Foil System. My scissors cut off jagged edges and I felt like I was wasting foil. So the trimmer works great. Also, it comes with a paper-only blade. and i found it very helpful. My only issue is that my trimmer didn't come with two small pockets that should be there to hold two blades. Anyway, I skipped reviewing this item because of the warmth. These are interchangeable cutting tools for cutting vinyl using a special board sold for this purpose. I think you could use them on a cutting mat, like a self-healing one, for card making projects. But they're like mini-sharp tools like the regular craft knives you've seen around you for years. I think that's a brilliant idea. . . but I don't think the finished product works as well as it could. First, the cutting board (the board with the cutting slots) slips off the edge of the paper, causing the lines to not be parallel to each other. If it were constructed like a MISTI, with a folding blade and a right angle to the paper, maybe that would solve this problem. Over time they will no longer be accurate.
