Why does the paper cutter have anything to do with Warmth Revain?
Anyway, I skipped reviewing this item because of the warmth. These are interchangeable cutting tools for cutting vinyl using a special board sold for this purpose. I think you could use them on a cutting mat, like a self-healing one, for card making projects. But they're like mini-sharp tools like the regular craft knives you've seen around you for years. Only no replacement blades, the whole product is a replaceable tool. However, they do serve quite well if you take care of them and stay on the vinyl. If they become sticky from glue residue or glue on the vinyl,
