I really enjoy the ideas presented in this book. My students looked at it with me, and we went through the entire book deciding which recipes we'd like to try to learn to make. They have some super easy ones and a few more difficult ones. The print and pictures in the book are colorful and captivating. The directions are easily understood and the tips are great. I will definitely be using some of these ideas as I decide what to teach at my next cooking class. Why four stars instead of five? The tool included with the book is not the quality that I prefer. It is nice for a young child who doesn't have any tools, but if it increases the cost of the book, I would like a higher-quality tool.
