It's super simple to use, which is nice for the layman! The app is clean and easy to understand which makes it perfect for beginners. I wish they could allow to pay in fiat or other cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin Cash. Also, I believe their fee schedule may be too high at this point. As much as I dislike paying fees and using services that charge them, it doesn't hurt me any less if the service isn't any good. And so far, Monfex has been no exception. While learning how to trade, I was able to do the basics without any problems. I think we are really good at what we do, the team is very professional and they have the right experience in this space. They listen to their clients and try to meet all of their needs. Nothing as such, everything works well for us. There are no real downsides, if you like your current provider then there's nothing to dislike. If you want to grow your business, don't hesitate to use their services. We are using them to offer our clients more options when it comes to exchanges and brokers.
