Exactly as promised by the manufacturer, high quality.
Pros: good value, cost ~ 690r, quiet operation up to 1000 rpm, noisy at 100% rpm, but strong air flow. Has some cons I would like to see black mounting screws with a black fan, but they are silver, although these are more likely nit-picking
