This pillow has a nice soft cover, it doesn't smell bad and it's light. I ordered it after my surgery because I had to sleep on my back for a few weeks. I usually sleep on my side. I already have very good posture and didn't want to ruin it by sleeping with a wrong or crooked neck. I've been using this pillow for a month and it's perfect! It kept my head in place and my neck in line with my back so after a week in a horrible hospital bed I was no longer in pain. For the last 2 weeks of a month using this I have been able to sleep on my side. This pillow is also ideal for this. I also found I was grinding less and having less morning jaw pain due to TMJ, an added plus! I plan to make this my travel pillow as well so that wherever I go, at least I won't be upset after I sleep. I highly recommend. I've seen some people comment that this pillow is too tall for them. I am female, 5ft 5.5in, 147lbs, medium height. I hope this helps someone decide if this is for them or not :)
