First, EXTREMELY painful. I have thick thick hair and it made me bleed everywhere this thing touched me. Flashed BAD despite using alcohol and toner afterwards. I want to take a picture But that's not why I'm writing this. I used this thing ONCE and when I used it again the plastic was completely warped to the point where the battery cover no longer fitted. The batteries die quickly, I had to change them twice in two. I had to go up, down, in circles, diagonally across each area, pulling/stretching the skin, nothing would snag the hairs even though they were long enough to pull out with your fingers. Finally gave up and just sneeze. Disgusting product. I have never written a review but I HATE this thing with everything I own. NEVER BUY THIS!
