I have had this coffee machine for 4 weeks now. Got it for the office. We like our coffee, especially freshly ground. 4 weeks of happiness. ONLY 4 people use daily. I'm coming to work today and I'm looking forward to a coffee. Nothing. It doesn't turn on. General. Are you kidding me? I'm upset about this. I was willing to give a 5 star review until this happened. UPDATE 10/29/2021 I bought 3 of these devices. One for home, one for the office. The office building stopped working after a month. I replaced it with unit #3 which only lasts 2 weeks. I have contacted the seller for a refund. A week later, the home unit stopped working. So all 3 blocks are broken. I had trouble getting a refund for the first 2 units which now means I lost $60 on the 3rd unit. Bad experience with product and seller. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK
