Sound quality is good. The range is good. Fits well. Batteries are sufficient as indicated in the description. But there are too many problems. The volume control doesn't actually change the headphone output volume. Double-clicking the button selects the last person you spoke to on the phone, and triple-clicking the button skips to the next song. Unfortunately, I have too many people, which is very inconvenient when trying to move to the next song, as too often the triple click is interpreted as a double click. The low battery warning sound is SUPER loud. It cuts off my ears and surprises me every time. It's difficult to perfectly align the earbuds on the charging stand to start charging. Sometimes I have to try ten to twenty times to put it on the charger just right for it to turn red which means it's starting to charge.
