It has all of my vendor information, it syncs with Quickbooks so that I can look up invoices easily without having to search through an excel document or print out multiple copies from different databases. Sometimes some functions will not work properly but other than that they have been very helpful as we transition into using their product. If you are looking at vendors in this space try them! Their customer service was great when moving us over from another program - would definitely recommend working directly with someone there if needed. We were able to keep our old data/invoicing system since most everything works well within there now (and no more searching around). The best part about being able to do live previews instead of waiting days on end while rendering takes place is huge time saver. We also like how easy it makes doing budgets. Also love seeing what our clients are thinking during pre-production by viewing dailies right off camera on laptops rather then trying to show the finished film after weeks later via FTP. This helps make sure everyone's creative vision stays aligned throughout production process. Now we're making faster decisions regarding shots which saves money in post budgeting stage of project to help offset higher final costs. The UI layout of the product is very organized, allowing you to easily navigate through the product. The support team has always been great. It's easy to work with them when there are issues or questions about the product. I wish that there was more tutorials available online. There isn't a lot of information out there about this product. I've used it to create my own vfx templates. It allows me to have many different layouts of my own vfx templates.
