I have never been able to use Listerine or any other mouthwash as most of them contain sugar/alcohol; especially after diabetes. So I started trying xylitol mouthwashes, using Tom's of Maine at first. But it was hard to find in my local stores and expensive, so I tried Natural Dentist on a whim. I love it; and have been buying it exclusively ever since - that was a few years ago. It really *really* helps with oral thrush and prescription discoloration; Plus good for your gums! This was my first 3 pack purchase and it lasted *much* longer than I thought it would, but the price was too good to pass up. Although it's a bit past its expiry date, it still works well and is safe to use.
