Satellite radio reception is fantastic on this unit, apart from your occasional loss of signal because you're going through an underpass, which is understandable. I like the blue backlight and convenient radio selection. A couple of things I don't like is that if you press the station button for more than 2-3 seconds it tunes into the channel. This is a bit short for me as I tend to hold the button down until the channel changes. My other stereo, I can use the remote anywhere in the car and don't have to look at it or be near it. I swapped out the battery for a new one thinking that was the problem. If your stereo doesn't have an option to add satellite radio, that's generally fine. Otherwise, add satellite radio so you don't have to have cables everywhere. If not then get this one or a newer version that is in color.
