Fantastic customer service - read the review

[UPDATE: The seller was quick to respond to my issue with a solution that I hope you find helpful. For customer service alone I am increasing my rating to 3 stars and if the solution is successful I am increasing it to 5 stars. I haven't had a single lost dog since I got him. I am very satisfied with the company's service and product, so I will change my rating to 5 stars. Stand directly on it and it won't beep. This is contradictory and our dogs got the hang of it and are now running away all the time. I cannot express how frustrating it is to spend so much time and money on a product and it causes your dogs to run away on a regular basis. KoolKani support is lacking and the manual is confusing.
