it's ok but not great

I wanted to love it more than now. I work in bed a lot and thought this would help, but it ended up making it more difficult. It doesn't adjust in height that much and my bed is quite low to the floor. I had to buy other wheels as the others would lock up if you just moved them. I also had to drill holes to hold the bars in place which irritated the lack of customer service and ultimately resulted in my being downgraded to four stars.
