First of all, the package arrived safe and sound. I opened the packaging and noticed the simple instructions on how to remove the tape from the back of the charger and put it back into the carrying/charging case. This just happens. After that, the guide explains how to pair it, which was easy too. The only thing missing from the guide is the battery life. They came charged and it explains how to see the battery life when you put them in the case. The number of flashes corresponds to the amount of battery left, but I don't know, every time you put it in the case it's as fully charged as it seems, I never run out of battery after an hour of use at full volume. I have a call to customer service and will let you know if you give me an answer to this as I posted it tonight after business hours. The sound quality is AMAZING! Probably the best sounding headphones I've ever used. They come with different sizes of rubber ear tips to fit almost any ear and I asked my girlfriend to try them and she also found a pair that fit perfectly. They connect easily to both my iPhone X and her Google Pixel 3, as well as my work iPhone 6s. I would highly recommend these headphones to anyone in the market. They fit comfortably, are easy to use and have all the features built in at the touch of a button from the outside of the earcup. To update. Customer service just called me and the reason they last so long is that every time the case is charged they contain 5-6 more full charges when the earbuds are put back. The only downside is that I didn't see it on the packaging. Otherwise they last around 18-21 hours on a single charge then I would say. Def is worth the price, I am very happy with it.
