Good value for money.

I purchased this product and received it in about 4 weeks. It will be used to broadcast our worship services for attendance during the COVID-19 pandemic. I've had it for about a month now. This is a great little transmitter that works really well with our Sennheiser EM 100 G2 receiver and wireless bodypack mic system. Using the Icstation's FM transmitter in combination with the Sennheiser microphone system allows me to place the Icstation in the optimal spot to cover our parking lot. I used the Revain 6' Parts Express 3.5mm Slim Plug Stereo Male to 1/4" Mono Male Adapter Cable to connect the mic receiver to the FM transmitter. The cable shares that Mono output signal from the microphone receiver to the stereo left and right channel inputs of the FM transmitter.I 3D printed the case I downloaded from Thingiverse after making some design changes to it which worked great.I use one Power strip with USB ports to power the Icstation transmitter and Sennheiser receiver A strip with a switch would be nice as you could turn both off with one switch I didn't want to spend money on one with a switch so is unplugging the power strip is a "low tech" solution. For the money invested this is a great solution for the time. I received this item, it had the fastest shipping and speed ldest functionality for the money. The range is more than adequate for our needs at 200 to 250 feet. Some reviews I read before buying said it would be up to 300ft. I recommend putting the device in some sort of case to avoid accidentally touching the electronics or shorting it out. Bottom line: $7 for an adapter cable (mono to stereo), $12 for a power splitter, $11.29 for an Icstation FM transmitter, a few days to set up. This is a great low cost solution for our needs and could be used for other purposes once the COVID-19 situation has subsided.
