I had an expensive motorcycle lift that had a bearing blown out of it. The manufacturer didn't return my email address or phone number (assuming they would sell me the part or tell me what I need). I took the lift apart, measured and ordered the parts, they fit perfectly, the lift works like new and all for less than $7 and I have two spares, cool.
