I like that they are constantly trying to improve the product, and their customer support is always quick to respond. They also have a good number of resources for various tasks we need completed. I dislike having to use a different platform for some things (mail, calendar) because it's not integrated with other services where we already have accounts. It would be great if there were more options for integration, but I don't expect that to change anytime soon. We're solving for our email issues by making sure all emails go through one place instead of multiple places.
