This will be a mixed review. This order was schedule to be delivered between May 5th-10th but to my surprise.the package came early evening on May 2nd/Sunday! I was so excited that I immediately opened it up and took inventory. Unfortunately, the package came with no instructions! Since it was Sunday, they were closed till 8amPST on Monday. I called Walmart and they sent an email to the company and to my surprise, Carol from Customer Service sent the instruction at 9pm that Sunday night! I was impressed! I got up early on Monday to start the construction and I thought it was going to be easy.well it took me 2 hours and two dismantling to get a finish product. I used the company's online chat line. I was 6th on the que line and when I finally got an agent and she wasn't helpful. You can't truly explain your problem on a chat line and she solution to my problem was to just look it up on YouTube! I had to dismantle it twice and it was a hit and miss learning curve on my own. I would recommend the finishproduct but beware, instructions and customer chat line service was not helpful!
