It worked, a genuine Kirby product. The seller was very fast in delivery.
Worked on my Kirby G3, my fault for not checking the wire colour. I wanted a shorter cable, checked what the Kirby site said for ordering. I had time to try on the cord with the plate. I had to cut the tongue off the umbilical cord, but nothing happened. Not the seller's fault.
