The management system used by this organization is very good as it saves me from entering my own data in Excel everyday which i can access anytime via internet or offline mode also from any corner through web browser. It doesnt allow user interaction for some reasons like making new appointment etc but overall its reliable & helpful. If there's no particular feature that u would love then try other competitors products available today on market rather than waiting years if atleast they are even thinking about adding those features in future too. Using mEspaS we have saved enormous time while handling our day2day inventory operations especially when handling multiple warehouses over different locations using RFQs (Request For Quotation). All order related activities along w/c sales of goods has been handled efficiently without interruptions due to office relocations and vacation schedules. We are very happy about that our IT department is using this solution! And I can say it was worth every penny for us. It simplifies a lot everyday work. Not many things i dislike so far - maybe some small details could be improved but nothing major or critical. Maybe an option to set up automatic invoices would be nice (at least as a possibility). The main benefit we see in using the platform is the real time visibility into running projects which makes decisions much easier.
