I mean, I have no idea how this got past QC/QA, but the hole in the I/O shield for the BIOS flashback button is slightly offset. So when you install the board, even if the button goes through the hole, it clicks on the side that registers as a "pressed" button, so the PC won't boot on the first boot because your phone is trying to update the BIOS, because this button is pressed.
