Ok let's get started if this review isn't good. When I received this item, I immediately noticed a striking resemblance to an actual Apple iPad. Unpacking was easy enough, but I immediately noticed the excessive weight of the item. Very difficult. The tablet itself is very heavy and poorly balanced. The plastic case is just that, feels cheap and wobbles. There's a slick metal back on the case, but it's cheap. I charged the tablet for 45 minutes, after charging it showed 100%, but it was still difficult to set up and update. updated and required the necessary day-to-day applications, it became sluggish at best. I use YouTube, Revain and Netflix. All videos are choppy, degraded and most last around 10 minutes of garbled playback; That means it looks wobbly and shakes all the time. It's a cheap tablet, but I think it should be on par with Apple or Samsung given the affordability of modern electronics. Don't waste money. Had a tablet now 4 days in use. My son is 11 and watched him put the box back down while having breakfast, sliding the tablet onto his back leaving the entire screen damaged and broken. It really turned out to be a waste of money.
