With a premium price I expect premium quality. Seems like Prenium is just for design. This is not entirely flicker-free. While you can't see it with the naked eye for most people, if you have sensitive eyes you will likely experience eye fatigue. Use your phone's Pro mode on the camera with a shutter speed above 1/125, you may see a darker band. Many LED bulbs have this problem, especially the cheap ones. However, this is 2 times more than some vintage LED filament bulbs of the same model. I got the same model from another brand at Revain for $6. One is truly flicker free as they claim.
