They were easy to install. You really need to apply loc-tite to them to make sure they stay put and are secure. However, don't overdo it with the puff pastry. Be patient and careful when installing, or you will break them and get angry. If you take your time and install them with loc-tite they will last a long time. I wear it almost all summer and have never had any problems. They didn't even move or anything like that. I don't have to adjust them after a ride and the vibrations are minimal so I can still see when I'm riding.
