Review on Giant Loop MSB2 Mojavi Saddlebag by Samuel Bowen

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Excellent panniers, weak zippers.

Great saddlebags. They're tight enough to withstand whoops and hard riding, are semi-sealed (not fully), and hold a decent amount of stuff. I've used them on my KTM 350 for several years and didn't even notice them while riding. Of the shortcomings: 1) They spoil the plastic on the side of the bike. You can try covering the plastic with cling film to protect it - it didn't work in my case. 2) The flash on the left fell apart after about 3 years. Called the Giant Loop and they didn't offer a guarantee but did provide the name of a person who could fix it if I mailed it to them in Oregon.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Not the best
