There are no perfect knee pads, but these are pretty good. I've had about three dozen pairs of knee pads over the past 30 years. I use them for woodworking, house cleaning and gardening. When contractors worked for me and I asked them if they were happy with their knee pads, they all said NO. One of the main reasons for dissatisfaction is that most knee pads slip off the knees and require constant lifting and pulling down the legs. LIDUEN PRO pads stay up. Attaching to the feet is a little cumbersome (hard to reach and grab the velcro straps) but once in place they stay in place, they are comfortable and supportive. Edit 7/31/21: I've been using these 4 or 5 times a week for very tough gardening and other outdoor work for about eight months now and they're still in good condition.
