My boyfriend and I bought these masks. We play competitive softball and we both play on the field and decided we both had too many setbacks. We wanted to get Rip-it branded masks because that's all others have, but I looked online and a lot of people said that Champro masks are cheaper and just as good (if not better). I've never used Rip-it to compare, but I can say that Champro is great. The field of vision is very open and me and my boyfriend liked the fit after adjusting the straps. The only drawback is that the forehead foam is quite hard and leaves a small dent and reddening on the skin. It doesn't hurt and I think it could apply to protective masks in general - I don't want to look pretty anyway. If you have sensitive skin, this may be a problem for you.
