Firstly I know the product is expensive but it never claims to be a budget option. This is a premium product for those looking for it. In addition, this product has both good and bad sides. What I would like to improve is the keep warm function. It lasts a maximum of one hour. Another thing to note is that the kettle is on the heavier side. This doesn't affect me, but it may affect your purchasing decision if you're buying for an elderly person. I also like the car! It has presets for all types of tea that are very intuitive to use. If you decide that the preset options are not suitable for you, you can use your own settings. It is also very elegant in the kitchen and creates a very modern atmosphere. (Especially if you use other Breville products, they follow the same aesthetic)
