GET EXTENDED WARRANTY!

I previously had three of these Breville pots. I used to buy them from Bed B+B but since they no longer guarantee replacement items, no questions asked like they used to, I don't go there anymore. I make a lot of tea, 3 to 5 teapots a day. Each of these pots failed after 13 months. One month after the manufacturer's warranty expired. While the product performs well when it does, its downside is its longevity. Given that other kettles I've tried have failed in a similar period of time, I find it

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Annoying

Would buy again! in Kitchen & Dining

Firstly I know the product is expensive but it never claims to be a budget option. This is a premium product for those looking for it. In addition, this product has both good and bad sides. What I would like to improve is the keep warm function. It lasts a maximum of one hour. Another thing to note is that the kettle is on the heavier side. This doesn't affect me, but it may affect your purchasing decision if you're buying for an elderly person. I also like the car! It has presets for all types

Pros
  • Like everything else
Cons
  • Obsolete model

No new products! Used or refurbished! I have a photo

I bought 2 teapots, both came in different packaging! Also, they had the oxidation of silver in the teapot! What happens after just a few months of use! I bought one from a real company so I know! These aren't firsts, I expect refurbishments, seconds or Christmas returns! I wouldn't mind not paying full price for a second product if I could go to Breville and get a new one for the same price! My suggestion to customers is to contact the original company directly! We're not all stupid and many…

Pros
  • Not cheap but neat
Cons
  • There are defects

UPDATE: Very disappointed

Bought to replace a Breville glass kettle which I liked despite constant problems with the lid (complete failure of the auto-off function became a kicker). I liked the idea of setting it to auto brew in the morning, as well as the keep warm feature. PRO: Set it up, press a button and it does the rest. You have a little more time in the morning for other things. Things. The standard brew programs brew very weak tea (using high quality loose leaf) BUT it is very easy to set the custom brew button

Pros
  • Pleased
Cons
  • Something different

It could be number 1 of its kind.

I am very good at making Taiwanese oolong tea. In order to meet the quality criteria, I tested hundreds of teapots. I believe it is the best and last of its kind.1. It was glass. Glass made in Germany. I see it everywhere 3 years ago in China. But now it is almost non-existent on the market due to the much higher cost. You can't find a glass passage above it. Another good glass is only sold and produced in Japan.2. The previous generation had a power of only 1300W, it took 6-8 minutes to boil…

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • For a long time

An automatic teapot that works really well

It's hard to make good tea. You just need the right temperature for soaking; Tea leaves should be able to breathe; and you must be sure to remove them at the right time. Besides, it's easy. This device tries to get art out of tea making. I mean well You tell him "Tea, black, medium", pour in the water and put in the tea leaves, and he does the rest. (Those interested can say "180 degrees, 3:30 minutes" instead.) He heats the water, lowers the tea basket in, leaves it for the allotted time…

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • It's hard to remember, but it was

My favorite device!

I LOVE this car! My favorite appliance in the kitchen. It works so well, it's quiet, it's easy to use, it makes fantastic tea and it really is a tea lover's dream. I'm primarily a black tea lover and for that variable temperature control this is less useful as water can be boiled in many other ways, but the consistent temperature throughout the brew and the ease of setup and maintenance to completion are great. . I particularly felt this comfort when preparing tea for guests. In the past…

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Everything great
