Review on 🍵 Breville BTM800XL Stainless Steel Tea Maker by Jackie Shallenberger

I previously had three of these Breville pots. I used to buy them from Bed B+B but since they no longer guarantee replacement items, no questions asked like they used to, I don't go there anymore. I make a lot of tea, 3 to 5 teapots a day. Each of these pots failed after 13 months. One month after the manufacturer's warranty expired. While the product performs well when it does, its downside is its longevity. Given that other kettles I've tried have failed in a similar period of time, I find it unacceptable for an item worth over $225 to be thrown away after a year. Do yourself a favor, BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. You will thank me later. PS, no other kettle has a set and forget about the automatic kettle. Others require you to brew the tea manually, which is done automatically.
