Strong - use with caution
I got them to stick foam insulation board on my van roof as I didn't want to deal with glue. The 3m glue dots stick very well to the panels although they are not packed very well with magnets. A sheet of glue dots is wrapped around the magnet tube so many of them have detached from the back and are stuck to the bubble wrap. I cannot stress enough how careful you have to be with them. Slide off the top magnet and immediately put it away from other magnets or metal objects! I cut slots in a 1" thick piece of foam about 6" apart and stuck the magnets in a vertical position and then I was able to carry a few at a time. I know they will definitely hold the records!
