Review on Standard Motor Products PS297 Pressure by Draven Louton

I buy tons of standard motor products. They are usually of the highest quality. Unfortunately, this oil pressure sensor did not fit. That's how it should have been. However, the manufacturing of this product is so poor that the wiring harness electrical connector will not snap into place. They will fit together but will not snap securely. To test, I reconnected the old part and everything was fine. Upon closer inspection, the new part was slightly longer from the end of the sensor to the clamp. I shaved it off and it still hasn't bonded. I ended up cutting the plastic around the only contact on the sensor and soldering a connector to it. The sensor works fine, but does not hold up well.
