The whole set is very nice but the customer service from Delta was absolutely terrible. The table top and one of the chairs were damaged. There are many scratches and scuffs on the paintwork and wood, including two long scratches directly on Rapunzel's face! I've tried contacting support three times, twice via live chat and once via email. I have sent photos which I took immediately upon arrival, unpacking and assembling the kit. No Answer. Is always. It's not worth the price paid. I've literally only had it 2 weeks and the glue holding part of the tree has come loose. Now the screws fall out! I am very disappointed with this!. I wish I could get my money back.

Nice color but poor quality. The day after assembly, a chair leg broke. Another chair also has a broken leg, it's shorter than it should be. I will not recommend this product.

I was a little concerned when it didn't come in an Amazon box but only in the original packaging, but everything was perfect, no chips, scratches or missing parts. I assembled it in 5 minutes and my daughter loves it.
