The whole set is very nice but the customer service from Delta was absolutely terrible. The table top and one of the chairs were damaged. There are many scratches and scuffs on the paintwork and wood, including two long scratches directly on Rapunzel's face! I've tried contacting support three times, twice via live chat and once via email. I have sent photos which I took immediately upon arrival, unpacking and assembling the kit. No Answer. Is always. I've had bad customer service, but I don't think I've ever had zero customer service. I understand many companies are cutting costs now, but their website and car phone number say their online support is still available. I wanted to give this five stars because the set itself is really great and pretty sturdy, but I wish my problems were solved. Don't expect much from Delta, but yours could be in great shape!
