In theory this product is a good idea. I fully understand why this is an attractive buy - I wanted it to work. First I received the speaker and it worked flawlessly for about a day. Bluetooth has been constantly disconnecting from my phone for about 2-3 days. It played well for about 20 minutes with a crystal clear sound and then kept dropping out. To top it off when I put the phone on the charger to charge and the music played the sound was TERRIBLE. I think the charging port will interfere with the Bluetooth connection, music and A LOT of static electricity will pass through. I really wanted this product to work so I struggled with it for about a week and tried everything. Nothing worked. I finally gave in and contacted Revain for product support. They didn't have any ideas I haven't tried yet so I just got a full refund. Shame because I really liked this design and wanted this product to work for me. So disappointing :(
